Exxon Mobil Corporation declares First Quarter Dividend



The Board of Directors of Exxon Mobil Corporation has declared a cash dividend of $0.77 per share on the Common Stock, payable on March 9, 2018 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on February 12, 2018.

This first quarter dividend is at the same level as the dividend paid in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Through its dividends, the corporation has shared its success with its shareholders for more than 100 years and has increased its annual dividend payment to shareholders for 35 consecutive years

NNPC to support indigenous participation in Nigeria’s Oil Industry

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) has pledged to provide more support to indigenous companies in Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Industry. Group Managing Director of the Corporation, Dr. Maikanti Baru, made the pledge while commissioning the Lagos Midstream Jetty (LMJ) at the Apapa Harbour in Lagos on Tuesday. “NNPC will continue to support all players in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry towards efficient product supply and distribution across the Country,” he stated.
